  • Toileting assistance: Providing support with bathroom needs, including incontinence management.

  • Medication reminders: Prompting clients to take medications as prescribed (may not involve administering medication depending on state regulations). 
  • Light housekeeping: Cleaning rooms, changing linens, laundry, and basic tidying. 
  • Companionship: Engaging in conversation, providing emotional support, and accompanying clients on outings. 
  • Transportation assistance: Arranging or providing transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities.
